FNMH developed the original prototype design for UBL bank’s Priority Lounges, one each at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. These were intended for their upmarket customers, who were to be provided customized services through trained relationship managers, by appointment, in a luxurious and informal setting.
The concept was then fine-tuned and repeated at about 30 locations throughout the country.
FNMH also designed several branches of the bank, and at some locations, an entire building housing both facilities.

Due to the long and trusted relationship, FNMH was also assigned to prepare the construction
documents and supervise the execution of special flagship branches designed by Allen International.
