Four buildings are arranged along the sides of a square, 2-acre site having roads on three sides. These include the Secretariat Building, the Consul General’s Residence, the Staff Residence and the Utility Block.

A large, central space thus created is intended for outdoor events and ceremonial gatherings. A trellised canopy, a reflecting pool, shaded courts and green areas have been provided to moderate the harsh sun and glare.

The buildings range in size from 15,000 sqft to 30,000 sqft. Architecture & interiors were both designed by FNMH, with great attention to detail, materials and the particular constraints of a consulate complex.
